At GPassBD, we act as a ticketing service provider for event organizers. Refund availability is generally determined by the event organizer's specific policy for each event.
2. Cancelled or Postponed Events
- If an event is cancelled by the organizer, customers are typically entitled to a full or partial refund based on the organizer's decision.
- If an event is postponed, your tickets will usually be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund requests will be handled according to the organizer's guidelines.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact us via our Facebook page with your Ticket Number and the phone number used for the purchase. Once approved by the organizer, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method (bKash) within 5-7 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Convenience fees or service charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise by GPassBD.
